Wholesale Terms and Conditions

To qualify for wholesale prices, you need to be an established, registered business with an ABN. We accept applications from schools and all types of businesses; however, your business must have a connection to the glass, craft, and/or art industry. Artists trading under their name can apply for wholesale status; however they must have an ABN.

Please note that your application will be automatically denied if you:

  • Are not directly connected to the glass, craft and/or art industry
  • Do not actively promote or market your business through a retail store, gallery,
    online store or other approved marketing strategy.
  • Do not meet the minimum purchasing amounts.

Allow 10 business days for your application to be processed.    You will be notified by email when your account is approved and opened.

To apply please fill out a wholesale application form and return it to Blue Dog Glass along with a copy of your business registration form.

How to order

Orders may be placed either via email or online

  • Via email. Customers are asked to use one of our order forms, please click here to download a copy of the order form.  Please email your orders to tradessales@bluedogglass.com.au
  • Via online. Wholesale customers can use the online facility to place an order, please write wholesale and your customer reference number in the special instructions box.  Please ignore the retail pricing; our trade sales staff will contact you within 2 working with an invoice reflecting your discount.

Discount structure

Our wholesale structure has two tiers depending on the amount spent per annum. Once your application has been approved we will send you a copy of the pricing structure.

  • Account Status & Review
    The status of your account will be reviewed each financial quarter. In an effort to keep records accurate you may be asked periodically to provide updated information regarding the status of your business. Accounts showing no activity for more than twelve (12) months may be subject to deactivation

Pricing

  • All prices quoted inc GST and are in Australian dollars.
  • Blue Dog Glass reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Prices quoted do not include freight or insurance

 Payment

  • All goods must be paid for in full prior to the release of the goods for delivery. Payment of goods is due within 7 days of an invoice being created, if payment is not made within this time the goods will be returned to stock.
  •  Payment may be made via credit card, paypal or direct deposit; funds must be cleared before goods will be released.
  • Credit is not offered by Blue Dog Glass.
  • Please note that Blue Dog Glass does not keep records of credit card details, you will be asked for your credit card number for each transaction

Delivery

  • Customers will be notified within 2 working days of Blue Dog Glass receiving the written order, of the cost of freight.
  • Once payment has been received and cleared goods will be shipped within 24 hours.
  • Blue Dog Glass endeavours to keep freight costs to a minimum at all times.

Back orders

  • In the event that a certain product is out of stock you will be notified by email. Goods that are out of stock will not be placed on back order.

Cancellation and changes of orders

  • Cancellation and changes of orders must be received in writing.

Return of Goods

  • It is Blue Dog Glass’s policy that all sales are final; however in limited instances a return may be authorised. Prior to returning any goods you must obtain a written authorisation from Blue Dog Glass. No goods may be returned without authorisation from Blue Dog Glass.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect and check the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery to ensure that the quality, condition, quantity and specifications of the goods conform to the original order. Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days.
  • All requests for returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of the goods and returned within 14 days.
  • If authorisation to return goods is accepted by Blue Dog Glass, they must be returned in original packing and in saleable condition.
  • Goods must be returned via our preferred carrier, please contact us for details.

Confidentiality

Any information gathered by Blue Dog Glass about its customers will be held in strict confidence and will not be passed onto any third party or used for any other purpose other than the direct purpose.
