Screen & Powder Printing on Glass Workshop
This hands-on workshop introduces two distinct glass printing techniques: screen printing and powder printing. Each method offers a unique way to transfer imagery onto glass, and you’ll spend half the day exploring each approach.
What You’ll Learn:
- Screen Printing on Glass – Using pre-prepared screens, you’ll print directly onto glass with specialized paints. Learn about image preparation, screen exposure, and firing schedules.
- Powder Printing – Similar to screen printing, but using Bullseye Glass powders to create layered, multi-dimensional prints. Experiment with colour selection and application techniques.
- Screen & Image Preparation – Gain insight into what makes a good image for printing and how screens are prepared for both techniques.
What You’ll Make:
By the end of the workshop, you’ll create four coasters or small plates in each technique—a total of eight unique pieces!

- All materials are provided.
- No prior glass experience is necessary. This class is suitable for absolute beginners
- Your pieces will need to be fired and finished after class, and postage is included in the fee.
