Wholesale

Applications

To qualify for our wholesale discount prices you need to be an established, registered business with an Australian Business Number (ABN). We accept applications from schools and all types of businesses. Artists trading under their own name can also apply for wholesale status, but they must have an ABN. Applications will only be considered if the relevant minimum purchasing amounts (set out below) are met.

To apply, please fill out our wholesale application form and return it to Blue Dog Glass along with a copy of your business registration form. Please allow 10 business days for your application to be processed.  You will be notified by email when your account is approved and opened.

Discount structure

Our wholesale structure has three tiers as follows:

Tier 1 (12% discount): First order = $800; Yearly spend = $2,400

Tier 2 (22% discount): First order = $1,500; Yearly spend = $4,800

Tier 3 (33% discount): First order = $2,500; Yearly spend = $10,000

Account Status and Review

The status of your account will be reviewed each financial quarter. In an effort to keep our records accurate, you may be asked periodically to provide updated information regarding the status of your business. Accounts showing no activity for more than twelve (12) months will be deactivated.

How to order

Orders should be emailed to info@bluedogglass.com.au. Please include your full contact details and clearly indicate your stock requirements (quantities, description of goods incl. stock codes, etc.).

Pricing

All prices quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars. Blue Dog Glass reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices quoted are for stock only and do not include freight, handling, insurance, etc.

Payment

For all standard orders, all goods must be paid for in full prior to the release of the goods for delivery. Payment of goods is due within 7 days of an invoice being created. If payment is not made within this time the goods will be returned to stock. Credit is not offered by Blue Dog Glass.

Payment may be made via credit card, paypal or direct deposit. Funds must be cleared before goods will be released.

Please note that Blue Dog Glass does not keep records of credit card details. You will be asked for your credit card details for each transaction.

Back orders

Goods that are out of stock will not be placed on back order.

Cancellation and changes of orders

Cancellation and changes of all standard wholesale orders must be received in writing. 

Return of Goods

It is Blue Dog Glass policy that all sales are final. However, in limited instances a return may be authorised. Prior to returning any goods you must obtain a written authorisation from Blue Dog Glass. No goods may be returned without authorisation from Blue Dog Glass.

It is your responsibility to inspect and check the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery to ensure that the quality, condition, quantity and specifications of the goods conform to the original order. Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days.

All requests for returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of the goods and returned within 14 days. If authorisation to return goods is accepted by Blue Dog Glass, they must be returned in original packing and in saleable condition.

Goods must be returned via our preferred carrier (please contact us for details).

Confidentiality

Any information gathered by Blue Dog Glass about its customers will be held in strict confidence and will not be passed onto any third party or used for any other purpose other than the direct purpose.
