Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an experienced enthusiast looking to refine your skills, this 5-day semiprivate workshop offers an immersive and tailored learning experience. Join Brenda on a creative journey where you and one other participant will delve deep into the fascinating world of lost wax and or open face glass casting.

Personalised Learning Experience: This unique class is designed with your specific interests and goals in mind. Prior to the workshop, you’ll have a 30-minute Zoom consultation with Brenda. During this session, you’ll discuss your project ideas or the particular aspects of lost wax casting you’re eager to explore. Brenda will use this information to customise the workshop curriculum to meet your individual needs.

Workshop Highlights: Over the course of five intensive days, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics related to lost wax and open face glass casting. Some of the topics you may wish to explore are:

Advanced Topics: Depending on your interests and progress, the workshop may also cover advanced areas such as master mould making with silicon rubber and cold working.

Materials and Inclusions: All refractories and firing materials are included in the workshop fee along with all firings. However, please note that the cost of glass and silicon rubbers is an additional expense, this cost is relative to the project/s you make.
